DESICCATED COCONUT LOW FAT
Produced from freshly selected mature coconuts, Desiccated Coconut, is the dehydrated white coconut meat either with a low, medium or high fat content. Desiccated coconut is made from the unsweetened fresh kernel of coconut, grated and oven dried (3% moisture content max.). It is widely used in the confectionery industry, especially in preparation of cakes and cookies.

It is also ideal as toppings on sweets and desserts, and as fillers. Is also widely used in food manufacturing, as it is an excellent choice ingredient to achieve the addition of texture and bite. Recommended to store in a cool and dry place. In order to maintain product freshness, it is advisable to avoid direct sunlight and to store away from products with strong odour, to avoid the migration/contamination of odours. Product applications: Bakeries, Chocolates, Sweets, Confectionaries, Snacks, Savoury, Sauces, & Soup, Nutraceuticals, etc.

DESICCATED COCONUT HIGH FAT
Desiccated Coconut High Fat is simply coconut meat that has been grated and dried. It is produced from matured coconuts and the white coconut meat is granulated into the various desired cuts and is available as fine and medium grade. It is commonly used as a topping for curries or other Asian dishes, as an ingredient in cooked cereal or granola, and in baked goods. It is also used in biscuit, confectionery, bakery and ice cream industry. It contains no cholesterol or trans fats while being rich in a number of essential nutrients, including dietary fiber, manganese, copper and selenium.

Desiccated Coconut High Fat This is grated desiccated coconut of which not less than 90% of the weight shall pass easily through a sieve of square aperture size of 2.80 mm, but of which maximum 20% of the weight passes through a sieve of 1.40 mm square aperture size.

COOKING COCONUT OIL

Healthy Coconut oil comes from the coconuts on coconut palm trees (Cocos nucifera). There are two main types of coconut oil, copra oil and virgin coconut oil. Although they have similar fatty acid content, virgin coconut oil contains higher amounts of nutrients such as Vitamin E and bioactive compounds such as polyphenols (plant materials that have antioxidant properties).
COCO FIBER
Coco fiber is one of the products derived from processed coir or coconut fiber waste. This product is widely used as a planting medium, raw material for car seats, airplane seats, pillow stuffing, animal mats, pot crafts, brooms, doormats, and so on.

Coco fiber is now one of the coconut by-products with high economic value. Not only that, the world’s demand for coconut coir has also increased to be processed into other end products. Therefore, the price of coco fiber is now starting to increase along with its status as a competitive export commodity.
COPRA
Copra is the dried flesh of the coconut. Copra is one of the most important coconut derivative products, because it is the raw material for making coconut oil and its derivatives.

To make good copra, you need coconut that is about 300 days old and weighs about 3-4 kg. After the copra has been extracted, what is left is a by-product that contains high protein (18-25%) but is so high in fiber that it cannot be eaten by humans. This by-product is generally given to livestock as feed.

Good copra should only have a water content of 6% – 7% so that it is not susceptible to nuisance organisms. Damage that occurs in copra is generally caused by bacterial and fungal attacks.
COCO PEAT
Coco peat is made from the husks of coconuts. It’s a byproduct of the coconut industry and is usually used as a growing medium or substrate for plants. Coco peat is very versatile and can be used in various ways.

It can be used as a potting mix, added to soil to improve drainage, or even used on its own as a hydroponic growing medium. Coco peat is also famous because it’s environmentally friendly and sustainable.

COCO SUGAR
Coconut sugar is a palm sugar produced from the sap of the flower bud stem of the coconut palm. Other types of palm sugar are made from the Kithul palm, Palmyra palm, the date palm, the sugar date palm, the sago palm or the sugar palm.
